The Russian Management Community (RUS) is an All-Russian non-governmental organization created by members of the Presidential Program for Management Training based on regional associations of graduates of the Presidential Program, whose activities began in 1998.
RUS was created on the basis of the All-Russian Coordinating Council of Associations of Participants in the Presidential Program for Management Training, which has existed since 2001.
RUS is open to managers working in all sectors, it is aimed at developing professional management skills and implementing projects aimed at the socio-economic development of Russia.
RUS activities
RUS includes 44 regional associations. Since 1997, more than 60,000 heads of enterprises of all forms of ownership, representatives of the legislative and executive authorities have become participants in the Presidential program.
RUS organizes and conducts inter-regional conferences, business forums, international contact exchanges, round tables and other social and business events.
RUS creates and implements projects of national and international scale that draw attention to the urgent problems of modern society, aimed at enhancing the potential of the managerial elite and developing leadership qualities of leaders, allowing members of the Community to find like-minded people to implement new initiatives.
The mission of the RUS is the development of managerial competencies and the integration of professional potential in the priority areas of socio-economic development of Russia
Through the development of managerial competencies, the strengthening and expansion of regional, interregional and international relations, technology, innovation and investment are transferred to implement the priority areas of socio-economic development of Russia, the development of the project activities of the participants, as well as the integration of the potential of the participants in the programs of socio-economic development of Russia.
Community members
RUS unites professionals, participants in the Presidential Program for Management Training, including:
representatives of the administrative body of enterprises;
representatives of the legislative and executive authorities, local authorities;
heads of small and medium enterprises;
heads of public and social organizations;
heads of scientific and educational structures.
Like graduates of prestigious Western universities, students of the Presidential Program maintain relations even after graduation. The public association of participants in the Presidential program has a powerful social capital: respect, an active citizenship and an atmosphere of mutual trust serve as the basis for effective cooperation and mutually beneficial business cooperation.
The social capital of RUS participants is supplemented and enhanced by creative capital. Technology, Talent, Tolerance – these are the three âTâ of a creative public association. RUS projects are built on these three pillars.
